GVEX Food safety experts can provide several types of audit services including:

 GFSI Implementation pre-audit:

 GVEX Food Safety Dept. can provide pre-audit services for the companies that implementing and developing a GFSI program

 (ISO22000, IFS,   FSSC22000, BRC, and SQF). In this audit, the expert auditors will review the existing programs and provide

 the company with the information to update in order to meet a GFSI Standard.

 GAP Assessments and Government Approvals pre-audit:

 GVEX Food safety Dept. conducts pre-assessment audits prior to Government-Agencies final inspections and approvals to

 ensure successful Government visits to the facility.

 Our Food Safety consultants are ready to assist you in the development of programs to meet the new regulations suchas:

 Safe Food for  Canadians Act (SFCA) and Food Safety Modernizing Act (FSMA) which are going to require a food safety program

 for importers, exporters and food manufacturers in Canada.

 For the companies that preparing for a regulatory inspection i.e. Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) or

 Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA), GVEX Food Safety Dept. conducts pre-audits to

 evaluate the company’s preparedness in respect to the suitability of their design andinfra-structure, environment,

 equipment, and a review of  the company’s documented food safety programs in order to successfully pass government

 final inspections and GFSI Standards. The assessment is in depth and will assist the company to identify items or any areas 

 of concern or GAPs in its system, before the regulatory or third part audits


 HACCP assessment:

 GVEX Food safety experts can also provide assessment service for HACCP plan(s) of the company follows by a

 report outlining recommendations for changes and improvements. In this Audit, GVEX experts will conduct a review of documented

 assessed Hazards, PRPs, HACCP plan(s) and SOPs, as well as conduct onsite assessments to confirm the implementation and 

 effectiveness of the mentioned programs and confirm compliance with relevant regulations.
